Pricing Questions
Do I have to commit to a package?
No. You can book individual sessions with no commitment. Packages simply offer a lower per-session rate for students who know they need ongoing support.
Is the initial consultation really free?
Yes, completely free, 30 minutes, no obligation. We use it to understand your goals, recommend the right type of support, and answer any questions. There's no pressure to book.
What is your cancellation policy?
Sessions cancelled with more than 24 hours' notice receive a full refund or credit. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are charged in full. Full details in our terms of service.
Can I switch tutors?
Yes. If the match isn't right, we'll reassign you to another tutor at no extra cost. Getting the right fit matters.
Do you offer discounts?
Package pricing is discounted compared to individual sessions. We occasionally offer seasonal promotions. Contact us to discuss your needs and we'll give you an honest recommendation.
