We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data unless required for safeguarding.

Storage and Security
Data is stored securely using password-protected systems. Access is restricted to authorised individuals. Communication platforms are selected for security and traceability.
Retention
Academic and communication records are typically retained for up to 12 months after services end. Safeguarding records may be retained longer where required. Data is securely deleted once no longer needed.
Sharing
Data may be shared with tutors directly involved with a student, schools where services are school-linked, payment processors, and safeguarding authorities where required by law. Data is never sold or shared for marketing purposes.

Children
Many of our students are under 18. We collect only data necessary for service delivery and safeguarding. For students under 16, a parent or guardian must manage the account. All tutors comply with our child protection and safeguarding policies.
